Complete Circle Care will provide Care and support to either private individuals or to service users referred to us by the Social Services Department.
The service provision is person centered and will be facilitated at an environment that is safe for staff and service users alike. Service users are supported in facilitating their life choices with a view to achieve an optimal level of independence specific to every service user. Strategies are incorporated within the service provision to enable the service users to take control of their lives by empowering them to achieve their personal goals. The services particularly focus on objectives that initiate or enhance service users to be socially inclusive.
Complete Circle Care will provide a service to the following service users:
- Adults with mental health problems
- Adults with Autism, Physical Disabilities and Learning Disabilities
- Adults who misuse drugs or alcohol.
The Company will also provide a range of Health and Social Care Services in other settings as part of our growth strategy.
Complete Circle Care will provide services which will include, but not limited to offering and support and care in the following areas:
- Personal Care – Bathing, toileting
- Domestic Support – Cleaning, cooking, preparing menus, shopping
- Financial Support – Budgeting, Benefit claims etc.
- Social Inclusion – Supporting individuals to access social groups, local community activities
- Skill building – Enhancing existing skills and developing new skills
- Supervisory activities – medication prompting (monitored dosage systems or blister packs only)
Our services will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
